Kyrie Irving To Be Named Rookie Of the Year Tomorrow

Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving will be named the Rookie Of the Year tomorrow morning at a press conference at Cleveland Clinic Courts (practice facility), according to a report from ESPN.com.

Irving averaged 18.5 points per game, 5.4 assists, and 3.7 rebounds in 51 games.

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio was the only the other canidate that could of beaten Irving.

    that Thompson pick was really out of left field. He shloud make plays on defense right away, though. Honestly I think we’re just gonna have to wait and see at this point. Also, Sportscience did a video on him before the draft. Won’t change anyone’s opinion, but still kind of cool to watch: Honestly, if the Cavs ever win a championship, Kyrie will not be the best player on that team. Really hoping they land Harrison Barnes lol.
